Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are made-to-order or personalized cannot be returned.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at f.guisogallisay@yahoo.it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the refund may be partially reduced.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
