Thank you for visiting and shopping at Casa Fiammetta. Below you will find our shipping terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Belgium and to other countries in the European Union.

If you are located outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to check availability.

2. Processing Time

We aim to process all standard (in-stock) orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

For items that are made to order or personalized, please allow a lead time of approximately 6 to 8 weeks, not including public holidays or peak seasons.

These products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, especially for you. The time invested ensures that each item is unique, high quality, and made with care.

If your order includes custom design work (such as a logo design, monogram, or embroidery), the lead time may be extended further, depending on the complexity and approval process.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, holidays, or customs processing.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

5. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted national and international carriers such as bpost, DPD, PostNL, or other reliable partners depending on the destination.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for EU orders)

Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or taxes.

If you are located outside the EU and request a custom order, you may be responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in our prices.

7. Missing or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at f.guisogallisay@yahoo.it within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
